Per our lease with Imperial County, all vehicle
drivers are required to fill out a Waiver / Release of Liability which
will be submitted to Imperial County. This waiver is required once per
driver per vehicle. New drivers to Holtville airport or drivers with a
different vehicle will need to fill out and submit a waiver for the
driver and vehicle. |

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, fill it out completely, bring it to the launch,
and turn it in there. |
